Frequently Asked Questions
You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers!
If you have questions we have not answered, please get in touch with us. Have an ice day!
What do you charge for cubes and spheres?
Because we work with a large distributor, we cannot provide pricing online. Fill out the form above. We will then determine if we can provide you with prices directly, or if you will need to contact your rep.
How many cubes and spheres come in a case?
There are 150, two-inch cubes per case packed in bags of 25. There are 100, 2.3 inch spheres per case packed in bags of 20. Box sizes for both cases measure 10″ x 10″ x 12″ tall. Establishments with limited space should have no problem fitting a case in their freezer.
Do you offer other shapes and sizes?
We stock the 2 inch cube and the 2.3 inch sphere. We are looking at adding some new shapes and sizes. We also do some custom cut craft ice for a small handful of accounts. Minimum quantities apply when ordering custom sizes.
Do you sell engraved cubes?
We have sold custom, engraved cubes before. We have the equipment to make these types of cubes, but they take 4 times longer to program, cut, clean and package than regular cubes. Therefore, the prices on the engraved cubes is much higher, so we do not sell as many. We are very limited on the types of logos and messages we can offer on engraved ice. We only have 1.75 inches to work with on a two-inch cube. This type of ice is GREAT for brand recognition, as everyone that consumes the branded ice will remember the featured logo.
Can you freeze items into craft ice such as flowers?
We apologize, but we no longer do freeze-ins on craft ice.
How do you make your craft ice?
We freeze giant blocks of ice in chambers from the bottom up. While the ice is freezing, we circulate the water, which causes it to freeze clear. After 4 days we harvest the ice and cut it down into various shapes and sizes. We do not have any molds, or aluminum ice presses in our facility.
How does ordering work?
Orders on an “as needed” basis need to be placed on Monday for Tuesday delivery, or Thursday for Friday delivery. We can also set you up on a standing order. We have many accounts that purchase a set number of cases every week, or bi-weekly. Unlike other companies, we do not continually drop off product if the ice is beginning to stockpile in your freezer. We provide excellent customer service and would notify you to suggest we take a week or two off.
Do you have an order minimum?
We do not have minimums for delivery, however, if we need to travel outside of Denver to other parts of the state, delivery fees and a 4 case minimum applies. We do not break cases.
Do you offer samples?
Absolutely! We love giving away samples! Just get in touch with us and we will make sure to get you some ice.
