Big ice sculptures are created from thousands of pounds of ice and have a huge impact!  Great for branding or outdoor festivals.  

We make our own crystal-clear ice in house!  Blocks of ice measuring 20 inches by 40 inches by 10 inches thick are used to create massive ice sculptures.  Essentially, we glue together multiple blocks of ice, then remove the excess material to reveal the finished piece.  We utilize chainsaws, chisels, die-grinders and other various tools to create these masterpieces.  

At Colorado Ice Works, we can create big ice sculptures on site, or, inside our freezer.  Both methods have advantages and disadvantages.  Building and sculpting outside is a ton of fun and great for event attendees.  Sculpting inside allows us to spend more time on projects and have greater control.  We then would disassemble the ice in multiple pieces, then re-freeze everything back together on site.  Drop us a line to find out more information!
