As of 2022, we are the largest craft cocktail ice supplier in the region. We provide our premium cocktail ice all throughout Colorado to over 150 establishments. We have a broad line distributor in place assisting in getting the best ice into glasses in Colorado, Wyoming, Western Kansas and New Mexico.

The Early Days

We sold our first cube of craft cocktail ice in March of 2014. At that time the craft ice market was in it’s infancy. We individually bagged cubes for one customer. We did not have our own facility, but rather, worked out of an old freezer in the RiNo area of Denver. Slow and tedious work, it eventually was too much of a hassle and the revenue stream was abandoned.

Jumping back in

In 2016 we were getting a lot of inquires for premium cocktail ice and decided the time was right to jump back in. We built a commercial kitchen in one of our warehouses and registered with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment as a wholesale food manufacturer. From this point forward it has been full steam ahead. We began to advertise our craft ice and notified longtime clients that we were now selling premium ice for drinks. We changed our packaging and ordered new equipment to handle the increase in sales.
